- Hydraulic systems: Filter changes, oil changes, tank cleanout, pump test
- Pneumatic systems: Air filter dryer oiler inspection/replacement
- Lubrication distribution system: Filter change, tank cleanout, leak test, pressure test
- Coolant systems: Pump motor insulation test, motor bearing inspection, flow test
- Fans and filters: Replace and clean
- Backup: Copy parameter files and clone Hard Disk Drives
- Replace Batteries: Control memory, APCs, drives , PLCs
- Electronics: Inspect failure points including capacitors and relays
